Air Fryer Halibut with Pistachio Crust
Air Fryer Halibut is great for when you want something quick, tasty and good for you. It’s crunchy on top and a flaky and moist fish. This recipe is great for Easter gatherings or even a New Years Eve party. This air fried fish always comes out fabulous!

- Step 1
In a shallow bowl mix together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, all purpose seasoning, and olive oil until well combined
- Step 2
Use a paper towel to pat the fish dry
- Step 3
Brush on an even layer of dijon mustard on one side of the fish
- Step 4
Firmly press coated side into crust mixture
- Step 5
Place into air fryer basket that has been sprayed with nonstick spray
- Step 6
Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
