Apple Cider Slush
This Apple Cider Slush is the perfect drink as summer transitions into fall. When the days are still warm but are getting slightly shorter and cooler. The sweetness and tartness of the cider is perfectly balanced by the subtle warmth of the bourbon, creating a complex and satisfying flavor.

Instructions
- Step 1
Freeze two cups of apple cider in ice cube trays. You can do this up to 2 weeks before making the recipe.
- Step 2
Add the cider cubes and remaining liquid cider to a blender; Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg and brandy (if using).
- Step 3
Blend on high until it becomes a slush consistency.
- Step 4
Serve immediately.
