Cheesy Party Potatoes
This cheesy party potatoes recipe is everything you want in a comfort-food casserole: creamy, cheesy, crispy on top, and always the first thing to disappear at gatherings. My family always asked me to make this amazing dish. Whether you call them funeral potatoes, hash brown casserole, or cheesy baked potatoes—this version is a total keeper.

Preheat the oven to 350℉, and grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
- Step 2
Crush and measure the corn flakes.
- Step 3
In a large bowl, stir together the hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese, and seasonings, along with ½ cup of melted butter.
- Step 4
Spread the mixture in the casserole dish, then top with the crushed corn flakes and drizzle the 6 tablespoons of melted butter over the top.
- Step 5
Transfer the casserole dish to the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until the corn flake topping is golden.
