Chocolate Covered Crispy Rice Bites
These are my new favorite snack treat to make for the kids! Crispy rice cereal enveloped in your favorite nut butter with a touch of sweetness and finally dipped in decadent chocolate! Whether you’re making Chocolate Covered Crispy Rice Bites for special occasions like birthday parties, school events, or holiday get togethers or just as a sweet treat after school, this recipe is sure to be a hit!

Instructions
- Step 1
Thoroughly combine nut butter and softened butter with a spatula until creamy.
- Step 2
Add powdered sugar and stir to combine. Then, carefully fold in rice crispy cereal.
- Step 3
Roll rice crispy mixture into one inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate balls until set, about 20 minutes.
- Step 4
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments or over the stovetop and stir to combine.
- Step 5
Drizzle or dip the balls in the chocolate, cool and eat.
