Peanut Butter Patties (Girl Scout Tagalongs)
These Peanut Butter Patties are a copycat of the famous Girl Scout Tagalongs. The best part is that there is no need to turn on the oven! If you want a quick and easy dessert with only a few ingredients and requires no baking skills, than this is definitely the dessert for you!

Instructions
- Step 1
Spread a thick layer of peanut butter on half of the crackers.
- Step 2
Top with remaining crackers.
- Step 3
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- Step 4
Using two forks, dip cracker sandwiches into chocolate, shaking off the excess chocolate.
- Step 5
Place treats on parchment or wax paper lined baking sheets.
- Step 6
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Cool completely.
