Creamy Garlic Shrimp and Rice
Creamy Garlic Shrimp and Rice is an easy comfort food that only takes 25 minutes to make. This garlicky seafood meal combines sauteed vegetables and plump shrimp, served over a bed of warm white rice. - Step 1
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2
Add celery, green pepper and shallots; saute until tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- Step 3
Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Step 4
Season shrimp with House Seasoning Blend, add to pan and cook for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Step 5
Add soup, water and red pepper and bring to a boil.
- Step 6
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Step 7
Serve over hot rice.
