Döner Pizza with Yogurt Sauce
Crispy XXL pizza topped with juicy spiced chicken döner meat, melted mozzarella, rich tomato sauce, and finished with a creamy garlic yogurt sauce. This homemade Döner Pizza combines the best of both worlds, bold street food flavor meets cheesy comfort food.

- Step 1
In a bowl, combine yogurt, tomato paste, oil, and all spices. Add the chicken strips and mix well until fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer for deeper flavor).Cook the chicken in a hot pan until fully cooked and slightly caramelized. Set aside.

Mix passata with salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, basil, and a pinch of sugar. Stir until combined.

Preheat oven to 220°C (top & bottom heat).

If possible, place a pizza stone in the oven while preheating. Preheating the stone helps create a crispier bottom crust and more even baking.

Roll out the XXL pizza dough onto baking paper. Spread the seasoned tomato sauce evenly over the base. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly on top.
- Step 6
Finish with the remaining mozzarella over the chicken. Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone (or bake on a tray if you don’t have one). Bake for about 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, water, and spices until smooth and creamy.

Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle generously with the yogurt sauce.

Slice and serve immediately.
