Fish Baja Tacos
These Fish Baja Tacos will transport you straight to the Mexican coast, no plane ticket required. Packed with fresh flavors and textures, they’re the perfect weeknight meal that’s bursting with taste. Many Baja Fish tacos are made with a beer battered fish. However, this recipe is lighter and uses a fish fillet such as cod for the taco therefore there is no need to have fried fish. They have all the flavor impact that you love about these fish tacos but are so much healthier.

Instructions
Fish Tacos
- Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil.
- Step 2
Season one side of fish liberally with taco seasoning.
- Step 3
Place fish, seasoning side down, in the hot skillet.
- Step 4
Season the other side of the fish.
- Step 5
Cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 6
Flip fish and allow to cook for 2 more minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Step 7
Place an even amount of fish in each tortilla.
- Step 8
Top with shredded cabbage, tortilla strips and Baja Sauce.
Baja Sauce
- Step 9
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and purée until combined.
- Step 10
Refrigerate until ready to use.
