They are irresistibly good; Not to mention they’re done in 30 minutes. I love this recipe because not only is it quick and easy. It’s also an incredibly delicious carrot dish that’s perfect for Thanksgiving.

    Preheat oven to 425℉.

  2. Step 2

    Cut carrots into matchstick sized pieces and arrange on a foil lined baking sheet.

  3. Step 3

    Place butter in a microwave safe bowl and add garlic.

  4. Step 4

    Microwave butter and garlic for 30 seconds, or until butter is completely melted.

  5. Step 5

    Pour melted butter and garlic over carrots.

  6. Step 6

    Add All Purpose Seasoning; toss to coat.

  7. Step 7

    Roast for 25 minutes or until carrots are tender and slightly golden.

  8. Step 8

    Transfer carrots to a serving bowl and drizzle with honey.
