Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs
These Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs are coated with a homemade dry rub and cooked to perfection. In a fraction of the time, I get ribs that are so juicy and tender, the meat practically melts off the bone. This great recipe for low and slow ribs is so easy, you won’t want to make ribs any other way. A homemade rub and barbecue sauce give the ribs their delicious flavor, which you can even enhance with a bit of liquid smoke.

- Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Step 2
Pat ribs dry on both sides with a paper towel and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Step 3
Liberally apply rub to both sides of the ribs and rub into the meat.
- Step 4
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or as long as overnight.

Cut ribs into sections with 3 ribs per section; Place in pressure cooker.

Pour in beer.
- Step 7
Cook for 25 minutes at high pressure.
- Step 8
Natural release for 10 minutes then quick release.

Preheat the over broiler.

Place ribs on a clean baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Step 11
Broil ribs until sauce is caramelized, about 5 minutes.
