Korean BBQ Wings
Korean BBQ Wings are sweet, salty, sticky and spicy with that addictive umami flavor that keeps you coming back for more. Honestly, I’ve been perfecting this recipe, they will give your mouth a flavor explosion. This Korean BBQ wings recipe is for people who love chicken wings with so much flavor. They’re not your average hot wing; you will be greeted by another taste sensation every time you take a bite.

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Step 2
Season both sides of the wings with All Purpose Seasoning Blend.
- Step 3
Arrange wings in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet with a baking rack on top.
- Step 4
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165℉.
- Step 5
While the wings are baking, heat the oil in a sauce pan. Add ginger to the oil and saute for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Step 6
Add sherry, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce to the pan and whisk until combined.
- Step 7
Simmer for 5 minutes, or until desired consistency.
- Step 8
Remove ½ cup of the sauce from the pan and use for basting.
- Step 9
During the last 5 minutes of baking, baste wings with sauce, turning frequently.
- Step 10
Remove the wings from the oven and toss the wings in the remaining sauce.
- Step 11
Serve immediately.
