M&M’s Valentines Brownies
Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies topped with red and pink M&M’s — the perfect sweet treat for Valentine’s Day. Made with simple ingredients and no brown butter, this classic brownie recipe is deeply chocolatey, soft in the center, and decorated while still warm for the perfect festive finish.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), top and bottom heat. Line or grease your baking pan.
- Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter together with the chocolate. Stir until smooth and fully combined. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together the white sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until slightly lightened and smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt, then mix again briefly.
- Step 4
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while stirring gently. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Fold everything together just until combined, do not overmix. If using, fold in extra chocolate.
- Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 25–30 minutes. A toothpick should come out with moist crumbs (not raw batter).
- Step 6
While the brownies are still warm, gently press the red and pink M&M’s on top. The warmth helps them stick without melting too much.
- Step 7
Let cool before slicing for clean edges.
