Orange Greek Yogurt Muffins
Orange Greek Yogurt Muffins are fluffy and moist and made with Greek-style yogurt. They’re a great way to sneak in some extra nutrients into a breakfast to-go. I love this orange muffins recipe because they’re easy and delicious. It’s a great, protein-packed Greek yogurt recipe to enjoy as a breakfast or snack.

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Step 2
Whisk the dry ingredients together, including the orange zest, in a large bowl.
- Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together.
- Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and gently but quickly stir it all together. A few lumps are okay but don’t overmix.
- Step 5
Scoop batter into a greased muffin tin or into liners in a muffin pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until muffins are golden. Cool for 5 minutes and then turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
- Step 6
I store these with no liners in the freezer in a Ziploc bag. They reheat well in the microwave or just when left out to thaw.
