This simple shrimp recipe is a restaurant quality recipe that my family loves. I always look for peeled and deveined shrimp at the store, but you can easily use shrimp with tails.

    In a large bowl with a lid, whisk together oil, cheese, garlic, sugar, and soy sauce. Add the shrimp and stir.

  2. Step 2

    Place lid on the bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Before removing shrimp from the refrigerator, cook pasta according to directions.

  4. Step 4

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and marinade cooking until raw shrimp is pink or pre-cooked shrimp is heated, about three minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Stir in pasta and gently toss; season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Step 6

    Serve immediately garnished with parmesan cheese.
