Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups
These Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups are an appetizer favorite. It’s like a mini pizza, but instead of a flat crust, the toppings are nestled inside a delicious, buttery dough. It’s a perfect snack to satisfying your pizza cravings in a fun and portable way.

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Step 2
On a floured surface, roll out each pizza crust.
- Step 3
Evenly sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over each crust (1 tsp of each per crust).
- Step 4
Top each crust with 1/2 a cup of pepperoni and 1/2 a cup of shredded cheese, making sure to leave a 1/2 inch border around the crust.
- Step 5
Top each roll with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- Step 6
Starting at one of the shorter ends, roll each crust into a tight log.
- Step 7
Slice each roll crosswise into one-inch sections.
- Step 8
Place the slices on a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
- Step 9
Serve with your favorite marina sauce for dipping.
