Preheat your oven to 350℉. Prepare a 9×9 baking dish with non stick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shallot, garlic and All Purpose Seasoning. Stir until combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Step 4
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Step 5
Evenly spread the cracker mixture on top of the casserole.
- Step 6
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the crackers are golden and the casserole is heated through.
