Southern Coffee Punch
This traditional Southern Coffee Punch recipe is always a party crowd-pleaser. It’s full of coffee flavor but served cold with ice cream. This delightful concoction is perfect for brunch, a backyard barbecue, or any occasion that calls for a caffeine kick with a twist.

- Step 1
Add boiling water to a large bowl.
- Step 2
Stir in coffee granules and sugar until dissolved.
- Step 3
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Step 4
Stir in vanilla and chocolate ice cream and whipped topping.
- Step 5
Add in chocolate liqueur and Rumchata (optional).
- Step 6
Top with crushed Loacker wafers right before serving.
- Step 7
Serve cold.
