Whipped Ricotta Dip with Honey
Whipped Ricotta Dip is a fantastic addition to your charcuterie boards. This easy appetizer takes 10 minutes to prepare and is so good with veggies and crackers. It is creamy with a hint of sweetness and is sure to be a hit. This whipped ricotta recipe tastes so gourmet and upscale but is so simple to make, it will be a crowd pleaser for sure!

- Step 1
Use a hand mixer to whip ricotta until smooth and fluffy then add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Step 2
Spoon into serving dish and drizzle on remaining olive oil .
- Step 3
Warm the honey and drizzle over the top of the dip.
- Step 4
Sprinkle on salt flakes and cracked pepper.
- Step 5
Serve with focaccia and blackberries.
